British hockey team member Georgie Twigg is a massive fan of British asparagus and can’t get enough of it whilst training. “Eating healthily is so important to help me stay fit and lean, especially during my training. I have to ensure I have a really balanced diet. I love getting my greens, so I particularly like eating British asparagus and there’s so many ways you can use it. I love to eat it roasted, just because it brings out the flavour and I can eat it with anything’, says Georgie.
