Rachel Green, TV’s Flying Cook, has drawn on her considerable culinary expertise to devise three mouthwatering menus: one for a romance, one for a family affair and one for a lazy summer’s day.
A farmer's daughter from Lincolnshire, her family have farmed in the county for 14 generations. "It means I have a huge respect for producers," she declares. Rachel has cooked many times for the Royal Family, ran her own restaurant Grainthorpe Hall for several years and has two TV series under her belt.
